Harris County Sheriff’s Office Complex
FOR FINAL GMP PRICING:
The proposed project consists of the relocation and consolidation of various Harris County Sheriff’s Office Complex (HCSO) operations to the approximately 7.33-acre tract of land at 5910 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77011. Making up the 7.33-acre tract is an existing 5.95-acre industrial site and 1.38-acre urban farmland known as Finca Tres Robles. All existing structures on site have been demolished.
The new Harris County Sheriff’s Office Complex will encompass an Investigations Building, Property/Evidence & Crime Scene Unit Building, Community Center, Parking Garage, and Site Work.
HCESD 2 – Administration Facility
For Final GMP Pricing: The scope of work for this project includes the construction of a New Administration Building, a new vehicle storage building, interior renovations at the existing Station 1, and related site construction.

The Education Performance and Instructional (EP&I) Center will be built on land owned by Spring ISD that currently houses the Planet Ford Stadium. This project will include an arena space that will be able to accommodate 5,000 people seated in bleachers and on the floor. This space will also be used for Athletics Competitions. In addition to the Arena, the Building will house a Performance Space to accommodate 1,000 people. This Performance space will be used for the Performing Arts band, choir, and theater performances.
