Involvement
Active Participation
Durotech has numerous opportunities to participate in Golf Tournaments, Sporting Clay Shoots, Charity Cook-Offs, BBQ’s, banquets, celebratory events, fishing trips, hunting trips, and other activities. Just let us know your preferences and we’ll let you know in advance where and when. And if you don’t golf or shoot but wish to participate, we’ll get you lessons.
Associate
Anyone who chooses to make the effort has the possibility of being named as a Durotech Associate regardless of their position. An Associate is involved in company direction, corporate policy, and governance and is eligible for additional bonus compensation. It requires significant extra and continuous individual effort to be named, but it is not necessary to change positions to attain the role. Stay doing what you like, and still be influential in overall company direction and management.
TEAMbuilders
Durotech TEAMbuilders is an employee group for social involvement, mentorship, and personal development for the Durotech Team. It has regular social gatherings and activities and is open to all Durotech employees.
Professional Development
Durotech offers a variety of on-going professional development opportunities, highlighted by its own, industry professional taught Learning/ Resource System curriculum on materials, methods, and field, estimating, and project management issues.
