S.B.I.S.D. – Northbrook HS Kitchen Expansion

For Final GMP Pricing: This project is a two-phase summer renovation work at Northbrook High School. It involves the demolition and expansion of the existing kitchen and serving lines, new manager’s office, dry storage, and restrooms with lockers, along with the addition of new cafeteria tables to increase seating capacity. The scope of work includes selective demolition, system upgrades, new food service equipment, acoustical ceilings, floor finishes, partitions, openings, and MEP systems.

• Note: The project will be phased as below:
• (3 Months) Summer 1 Scope of Work (Tentatively June 2027 to August 2027)
• (3 Months) Summer 2 Scope of Work (Tentatively June 2028 to August 2028)
