Final GMP Pricing for Package 04 -
Package 04 for the New Royal High School project will include:
- Construction of a new High School campus of approximately 586,337 SF with student capacity of 3,000.
- Construction of associated athletic fields for new High School and associated field events.
- Construction of five (5) Ag Barns - PEMB and associated infrastructure.
- Construction of one (1) Sports Storage Building - PEMB.
- ROW work will include modifications in the TxDoT right-of-way on FM 362 and New Morning Dove Blvd.
