Construction of a new High School campus of approximately 586,337 SF with student capacity of 3,000.
Construction of associated athletic fields for new High School and associated field events.
Construction of five (5) Ag Barns - PEMB and associated infrastructure.
Construction of one (1) Sports Storage Building - PEMB
ROW work will include modifications in the TxDoT right-of-way on FM 362 and New Morning Dove Blvd.

Please be advised the bid date for all scopes, except those specifically listed below, has been extended to: Friday, September 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The following scopes are not included in the bid date extension and remain due on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 @ 2:00 PM:

A] Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Flush Wood Doors, Sound Control Doors, and Hardware
B] Gypsum Board Assemblies, Cold-Formed Metal Framing
C] Applied Fireproofing, Intumescent Fireproofing
