Close Out
Durotech has an in-house close out department – that’s the only thing it does. Its role is to get you the system training and documentation you have to have so your building runs properly, and your occupancy is smooth and successful.
The close out process assembles all the project documentation and training needed to successfully and properly run and maintain your building. For some Owners, this can be a long and painful process. But Durotech project Owners have a full time Durotech department dedicated 100% to getting them what they must have to get their building up and running for their users.
When your project starts, work begins to prepare closing it out. Specifications are combed for all shop drawings, submittals, warranties, attic stock materials, equipment demonstrations.
Subcontractors and suppliers are contacted as construction starts, and receipt of all items needed to close you out fast is planned. Equipment demonstrations typically are professionally filmed for your use, reference, and training, and all finished materials and videos are delivered to you.
Durotech targets having all close out data and materials in your hands within 30+/- days of substantial completion. We follow up on delivery status until all materials are in your hands. Sole source accountability for closing out your project to deliver positive results.
