Virtual Design
Field-experience is used to build in-house computer models of your building to head-off issues before they hit your project and study options to save costs, time and enhance quality.
Applications in place include Autodesk Suite, Revit, Civil3d, Navisworks, 3ds.
Project Controls
Durotech teams run all project control systems – Shop Drawings, Submittals, RFI’s, Logs, materials and workflow and production in place Tracking Systems – and managerial financial controls, with shareable platforms Vista, Procore, and PlanSwift.
Quality Controls
Field staff desktops and iPads manage from trailers and the point of work with Bluebeam 21, Revu, Adobe Acrobat, and Durotech proprietary QMS Quality Management, punch list control systems and ScreenScan flat TVs for Zoom meetings, plan reviews and VDC model on-site preinstallation coordination.
Scheduling
Schedules are created and owned from preconstruction onwards by the field team that builds your project.
CyberSecurity
Durotech is vigilant about protecting CyberSecurity. A regular drill is run on every employee and computer identifying isolating, and removing phishing and malware emails with InfoSecIQ.
