Our Superintendents engage in Preconstruction. They make project Schedules in P6, provide and refine Constructability Reviews as your project moves toward construction. They create resequences and accelerations (if needed) during construction for daily and weekly work production based on the latest materials delivery information, weather conditions, and work status.
