In Budget Contract Controls Feature - Durotech

Durotech Project Manager roles emphasize budgets, contracts, and providing logistical support to the field team. They’re not overburdened with project controls which should be under Superintendent control.

Because our Project Managers focus on finances and contracts, they are more alert to savings opportunities or to budget threats. They respond to isolate threats or enhance savings. How their role is defined is particularly cost beneficial to you.

Durotech also has a full-time Operations Compliance Administrator whose function is in ensure the project controls systems are adhered to and utilized to their maximum potential, and a full-time Senior Contracts Administrator who verifies processes are contract compliant, anticipates project and team needs, and verifies documentary compliance.
