For Final GMP Pricing: This project is a two-phase summer renovation work at Northbrook High School. It involves the demolition and expansion of the existing kitchen and serving lines, new manager’s office, dry storage, and restrooms with lockers, along with the addition of new cafeteria tables to increase seating capacity. The scope of work includes selective demolition, system upgrades, new food service equipment, acoustical ceilings, floor finishes, partitions, openings, and MEP systems.

Pre-engineered Metal Building Scope only: The project features the new construction of a three story building that will serve as North Rankin Secondary School. This modern facility will provide students & faculty with dedicated space for the academic and administrative areas, Art Labs, Dance/Music rooms, Special settings, collaboration areas, Athletic areas, Science Labs, Cafeteria, Gymnasium, and Stage. Each classroom and collaboration area will be equipped with interactive AV systems. The outdoor amenities include a Soccer field, with bleachers, bike racks, a covered lunch pavilion and a Pre-engineered Shed. The scope of work includes the addition of a new Pre-engineered metal building for the school, with exterior metal wall panels, interior acoustical ceiling & baffles, a fully integrated MEPT System, access control & intrusion detection system, as well as fire alarm and fire suppression system ensuring a secure environment for students, staffs, and visitors. The site addition includes concrete paving and sidewalks, drop-off canopies, fences and gates and a detention pond.

Package 01 - GMP - (MATERIAL ONLY) This phased project involves the existing Police and Court Building Renovation, the New Police Headquarters building, and site improvements. Package 1 of this project will include Electrical (Automatic Transfer Switches, Parallel Switchgear, Generator, UPS System, Main Distribution Panel) scope of work. Estimated Start Date: March 2027; Estimated End Date: March 2029

Final GMP Pricing for Package 04

• Construction of a new High School campus of approximately 586,337 SF with student capacity of 3,000.
• Construction of associated athletic fields for new High School and associated field events.
• Construction of five (5) Ag Barns - PEMB and associated infrastructure.
• Construction of one (1) Sports Storage Building - PEMB
• ROW work will include modifications in the TxDoT right-of-way on FM 362 and New Morning Dove Blvd.
