Terrace Elementary School

For Final GMP Pricing: The project consists of constructing a new 2-storey building that will serve as the Terrace Elementary School. The new facility will house the following: Academic/Administration, Fine Arts, Gymnasium, Media Center, Cafeteria/Kitchen. Work will include (but not limited to) demolishing an existing Elementary School, the new concrete drive and sidewalks, canopy, masonry, drywall partitions, finishes, acoustical ceiling, casework, food service equipment, hydraulic elevator, fire suppression, and MEPT Systems. ***Durotech, Inc. is CM @ Risk for this project. ***
