Pre-engineered Metal Building Scope only: The project features the new construction of a three story building that will serve as North Rankin Secondary School. This modern facility will provide students & faculty with dedicated space for the academic and administrative areas, Art Labs, Dance/Music rooms, Special settings, collaboration areas, Athletic areas, Science Labs, Cafeteria, Gymnasium, and Stage. Each classroom and collaboration area will be equipped with interactive AV systems. The outdoor amenities include a Soccer field, with bleachers, bike racks, a covered lunch pavilion and a Pre-engineered Shed. The scope of work includes the addition of a new Pre-engineered metal building for the school, with exterior metal wall panels, interior acoustical ceiling & baffles, a fully integrated MEPT System, access control & intrusion detection system, as well as fire alarm and fire suppression system ensuring a secure environment for students, staffs, and visitors. The site addition includes concrete paving and sidewalks, drop-off canopies, fences and gates and a detention pond.
