New Junior High School Conroe Feeder Zone Final GMP Pricing

For GMP Pricing: The project consists of constructing a new building that will serve as the New Junior High School (304,023 SF). The new facility will house the following: Academic/Administration, Fine Arts, Cafeteria/Kitchen, Courtyard, and Athletics. Work will include (but not limited to) the new concrete drive and sidewalks, canopy, masonry, drywall, partitions, finishes, acoustical ceiling, casework, athletic equipment, bleachers & grandstands, hydraulic elevator, fire suppression, MEPT Systems. Durotech, Inc. is CM @ Risk for this project.
