FOR FINAL GMP PRICING: The proposed project consists of the relocation and consolidation of various Harris County Sheriff’s Office Complex (HCSO) operations to the approximately 7.33-acre tract of land at 5910 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77011. Making up the 7.33-acre tract is an existing 5.95-acre industrial site and 1.38-acre urban farmland known as Finca Tres Robles. All existing structures on site have been demolished. The new Harris County Sheriff’s Office Complex will encompass an Investigations Building, Property/Evidence & Crime Scene Unit Building, Community Center, Parking Garage, and Site Work.
