Durotech estimates are targeted, accurate, comprehensive. Locally based estimators study site, and logistics, take-off and price key elements, plus secure pricing input from at least two subcontractors in each key discipline. Superintendents create a preliminary Schedule and Constructability Review. Our project controls manager deploys BIM to double check subcontractor quantities and early flag possible project issues.
As drawings progress, budgets and schedules are refined and Durotech creates a 3D model of the Project. It identifies and addresses potential construction critical coordination and cost issues before they appear during the building process.
If value engineering is needed, Durotech offers materials which do not alter design intent, and at bid time secures at least 3 qualified bids from every trade.
On bid day, Durotech has historically been in the owner’s budget over 95% of the time and if there is an overage has been quick to realign bids to your budget.
