Northbrook HS CTE Renovations & Additions

For Final GMP Pricing: The project involves the interior renovation of a 3-storey building that will serve as the Northbrook High School CTE. The renovation will transform the existing classroom spaces into CTE facilities. Work will include (but not limited to) demolishing existing classrooms, including walls, ceiling, and finishes; installing or upgrading HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and technology systems. Note: The school will remain operational during construction. The project will be phased as below: (1 Month) Mobilize on the Site (May 2026) (3 Months) Summer 1 Scope of Work (Tentatively June 2026 to August 2026) (9 Months) School in Session = After-hours Work + Holiday Breaks (2 Months) Summer 2 Scope of Work (Tentatively June 2027 to July 2027) Given the phased execution of the project, please submit your bid with a separate cost breakdown for each floor level. Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Visit: October 15, 2025 @ 2:00 PM and Site Visit at 3:30 PM.
