C.I.S.D. – New Intermediate School – Flex #26

FOR FINAL BID/GMP PRICING: The project consists of constructing a new 2-storey building that will serve as the New Intermediate School (146,993 SF). The new facility will house the following: Academic/Administration, Fine Arts, Gymnasium, Cafeteria/Kitchen. Work will include (but not limited to) the new concrete drive and sidewalks, canopy, masonry, drywall partitions, finishes, acoustical ceiling, casework, food service equipment, hydraulic elevator, fire suppression, and MEPT Systems.
