Durotech's goal is client satisfaction. Our typical response time for a warranty issue is one to two days. Our Warranty Coordinator will receive information regarding the issue and contact the applicable personnel to respond to the problem. After the work is completed, our Warranty Coordinator forwards a completed response to the owner to explain the work that was performed and to ensure the solution to the problem was accomplished to the owner's complete satisfaction.
At or near the one-year period, Durotech will contact the client for a walkthrough to address any potential warranty concerns.
Our goal is to provide the client with the highest level of customer service throughout the entire project from pre-construction through the warranty period and beyond.
