For Final Pricing and GMP: The project consists of the following for the City of Deer Park, Texas and pricing should be separated accordingly (refer to the bid form in the project manual): Base Bid: New Community Center & Recreation Center (66,390 SF); Alternate #1: New Bath House (4,449 SF); Alternate #2: Metal Roof at Existing Racquetball Courts; Alternate #3: "Smart Lockers. Special Notes: This project requires Davis-Bacon Wage Rates (refer to specification section 00 73 43). Bid per plans and specifications with regards to materials and equipment. Cost saving alternates/options are highly encouraged but separate pricing should be provided. Estimated start date for Pkg. 2 - October 10, 2023.
