The Work of Project as defined by the Contract Documents. 1. Work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: a. Removal and relocation of existing metal bleachers from Deer Park High School South Campus for installation at Deepwater Junior High. b. Site Work: Grading and excavation for new concrete pad for bleachers; concrete slab, fencing and related items as indicated in the construction documents.
