David has over 39 years of experience in the construction industry and over 35 years as principal and CEO of Durotech, Inc. His primary responsibilities are management of the company and directing the development of systems and procedures that maximize the use of technology and innovative solutions. David works extensively with clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure quality and value. His determination to reach client budget and facility goals is absolute. Client satisfaction is his number one goal and that means empowering his employees with the tools, knowledge and motivation to do their ideal best on every project.

His experience includes all sectors of commercial and institutional buildings with an emphasis on educational facilities. In addition, he has an extensive background in working with the CM@Risk delivery system.

David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Northeast Louisiana University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
